Description
The church of the Madonna della Cona stands at the junction for Roccanolfi, Montaglioni and Poggio di Croce. It was formerly called Santa Maria de Monte Lunae (i.e. Montaglioni).
It is a 16th-century reconstruction of an older building (the date 1568 is repeated on the portal on the right side and on the left pilaster in the façade). Inside there is a noble 16th-century altar with a panel of the Madonna and Child (14th cent.)
